Commission Disclosure
Commission Disclosure
How we are compensated as a mutual fund distributor — disclosed upfront, so every recommendation is seen in the right context.
Last updated: July 2026
Why this matters
We believe investors should clearly understand how a mutual fund distributor is compensated, so that every recommendation is seen in the right context.
How commission works
We earn a trail commission from Asset Management Companies on Regular Plan investments. This is paid out of the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER) and does not increase your cost separately.
Indicative trail commission by category
| Category | Indicative trail range (p.a.) |
|---|---|
| Equity | 0.40% – 1.60% |
| Hybrid | 0.35% – 1.10% |
| Debt | 0.10% – 0.65% |
| Passive (Index / ETF) | 0.10% – 0.65% |
| Liquid | 0.03% – 0.18% |
Ranges are indicative, vary by AMC and scheme, and are updated periodically in line with AMFI guidelines.
Important clarifications
- Commission is embedded within the scheme structure for Regular Plans; there is no separate charge to you.
- Direct Plans, which carry no distributor commission, are available to investors separately.
- Our recommendations are based on suitability and your goals, not on commission rates.
